Tom brings extensive leadership experience across the commercial, residential, and educational sectors. He began his career in London as a site and project manager, working with top-tier contractors before spending nearly a decade heading a specialist refurbishment and retrofit firm, delivering complex projects under £10m.
His early focus was on residential and educational developments before transitioning to the commercial sector with The Thornton Partnership (TTP) in 2014. There, he successfully led projects ranging from £50k to £5m. In 2016, Tom founded Mango Construction—a consultancy that later evolved into Bloom Construction Group. By 2023, he left TTP to dedicate himself fully to the newly rebranded Bloom and its mission to become the UK’s leading construction company.
At Bloom, Tom is responsible for managing the client portfolio and overseeing programme planning. He ensures robust project structures are in place to deliver on time and consistently meet client expectations.
