We’re transforming a Grade II listed commercial building into high-quality student accommodation in Brighton. This sensitive conversion is now in full swing, blending heritage preservation with modern functionality.
Retail Cut & Carve – £1.8M
In Oxford, we’re undertaking major structural modifications to enhance fire safety, upgrade MEP systems, and deliver new demises for a marquee retail tenant. This complex project exemplifies our capability in live-environment delivery.
Warehouse to Office Conversion – £4M
Our Borehamwood site has just achieved practical completion. The project included full envelope upgrades and significant structural works, converting an underused warehouse into a dynamic new office space.
Mock-Up Works for Commercial Office Space – £120K
We’ve recently signed a short-term project involving prototype fit-outs for a future commercial scheme. Quick turnaround is key here, with delivery set for April.
Enabling Works & Strip-Out – £90K
As part of a larger refurbishment of a Grade II listed building in Central London, we’re delivering early-stage works to prepare the site for major redevelopment, set to complete early April.
Community Clubhouse Refurbishment – £540K
In Hackney, we’re refurbishing a distinctive local clubhouse with a completion target of July. It’s a characterful project that blends community value with thoughtful design upgrades.
High-End Residential Cut-and-Carve – £300K+
Our team is delivering a bespoke residential reconfiguration in Highbury, with structural interventions and premium finishes, wrapping up in May.
New Build Completion – PCSA in Progress
We’re in discussions to take over the completion of a council-led new build project in London, following the liquidation of the previous contractor. Our focus is on restoring momentum and quality delivery.
