His responsibilities include reviewing drawings and technical specifications, keeping accurate records, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. He also reviews contractor documentation to ensure alignment with approved drawings, lift plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
In addition to preparing detailed weekly reports, Krzysztof attends meetings with contractors to resolve any deviations from planned works or designs. He also conducts site inductions and Tool Box Talks, ensuring staff are informed and aligned with safety and operational procedures.
