Her expertise also extends to procurement support and change control, where her experience ensures high standards and successful outcomes.
She began her career at Balfour Beatty in project management, contributing to the Aquatics Centre Legacy Project and the transformation of the Olympic Stadium. Cassie later joined Canary Wharf Group in design management, playing a key role in delivering One Bank Street—a 27-storey office tower—before transitioning to Canary Wharf Contractors to work across several plots at Wood Wharf.
At Bloom, Cassie oversees the full design process, ensuring alignment with legislation, standards, and best practice. She manages drawing and document control protocols and works closely with team members and stakeholders to deliver a streamlined procurement schedule. Additionally, she reviews variation and change control requests to ensure they align with client goals and project objectives.
