Founded in early 2023 by Tom O’Toole and John Rowe, Bloom emerged with a fresh and progressive perspective, embodying a commitment to infusing modern technology into every facet of our operations. How We Prioritise Sustainability

We’re committed to achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2030 and are currently preparing our first Carbon Reduction Plan in line with government guidance. As a sustainability-focused SME, we’re already taking action — from encouraging low-carbon travel to implementing energy-efficient design, reusing materials, and tracking waste through tools like QFlow.
