Belén González Martín 

Design Manager

Belén has over 15 years of experience in architectural design and project management.

Belén started her career at Design International before moving to Nick Baker Architects, where she worked extensively on bespoke residential and public-school projects. She then joined Hopkins Architects, where she spent a decade refining her design management skills, leading high-end projects such as The Peninsula London Hotel and the Schwarzman Centre for the Humanities at the University of Oxford. 

At Bloom, Belén is responsible for managing the design process, ensuring compliance with current legislation, standards, and codes of practice. She oversees drawing and document control systems, liaises with project stakeholders, and supports procurement scheduling. She also plays a key role in assessing project design information, managing variation requests, and ensuring that all design work aligns with client objectives.
