He has built a career leading front-end functions within main contracting, developing trusted relationships with clients and consultants while shaping and securing complex projects from early stage through to delivery. His experience spans commercial, residential and mixed-use sectors, with a consistent focus on aligning cost, programme and buildability from the outset.
At Bloom, Simon is responsible for strengthening the company’s front-end offer, working closely with the Pre-Construction team to support sustainable growth of the client and consultant base, while exploring new markets. He brings a contractor-led perspective to early project stages, helping to reduce risk, improve certainty and ensure projects are set up for successful delivery.
