Simone’s specialisms lie in construction health and safety, health and safety management and support, compliance audits, site audits, SSIP and fire risk assessments. She is capable of providing CDM advice and action as a Principal Designer where needed.
Simone develops and enforces Bloom’s safety and environmental policies, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. She conducts risk assessments, trains employees, and investigates any incidents to recommend corrective actions. She works with our project managers and supply chain to integrate safety measures into project plans and fosters a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across all our work.
