Network Building – Marketing Suite

COMMERCIAL OFFICE | CAT A+ FIT-OUT | HIGH END FINISHES

Bloom Construction delivered a minor fit-out to the marketing suite and reception areas at Network Building, forming part of the final presentation phase of a £100m new build. The works included installation of a feature lighting scheme, formation of a building management kitchenette, bespoke joinery elements within the marketing suite, and a reception bump rail to protect high-end architectural finishes. Design proposals were developed and coordinated alongside the Tier 1 principal contractor to align with existing site controls and handover requirements.

Delivery was undertaken within a live new-build environment under the control of the principal contractor, requiring adherence to established inductions, logistics sequencing and quality benchmarks within a compressed programme.

Innovations / Efficiencies realised:

  • Maintained close daily site supervision from Bloom’s nearby office base, enabling immediate resolution of design and sequencing queries and protecting programme within a four-week window.
  • Coordinated directly with incumbent subcontractors to integrate minor works without disrupting principal contractor workflows, reducing duplication and maintaining quality continuity.
  • Developed agile design proposals that responded to evolving deadlines, allowing marketing suite readiness to align with leasing and asset management milestones.
